'Conda' is not recognized as internal or external command

At first time I was also faced the same issue, to fix the issue we want to update the environment variable to update just follow the steps below.

Step 1: Open advanced system settings

Step 2: click on "Environment Variables"

Step 3: Select "Path" and click on "Edit"

Step 4: Add the path

Step 5: Click on "OK" button and open command prompt and type "conda --version".
